I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Our emails are generated automatically by our system and go to the email address used on the order. First, please check your Spam or Junk Folder. If you don’t see it there, please email hello@wrenbag.com with the name you used on the order and the email you want your order confirmations sent to. Most of the time, there was a small typo in the original email, but we will get that confirmation to you as soon as possible!


THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT! WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

We try to restock our out-of-stock items as quickly and as often as possible. However, this largely depends on whether or not the item is still in production with our designer. Please email us at hello@wrenbag.com with the item name and color and we will get back to you within 1 -2 business days. This will give us time to contact our designer and receive an answer from them.

 

I NEED A BAG FAST! CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP TODAY?

If you are in the Phoenix area, we offer Free Local Pick-Up from our Gilbert warehouse! If placed by 12noon Arizona time, we will fulfill your order same day and it will be ready before the kids get out of school! If placed after 12noon, your order will be ready for you by 9am the next business morning. Once your order is ready for pick-up, our Shipping Department (hello@wrenbag.com) will email you with instructions. Our pick-up bin is accessible 24/7 so you are able to pick your order up any time that works for you!
